Randi’s journey began in the fields of economics and journalism, where her early career was shaped by curiosity, communication, and a deep desire to understand the world. She later transitioned into global health, serving as the HMN Coordinator to the World Health Organisation and contributing to international projects with institutions such as Italy’s National Institute of Health (ISS) and the Colombo Plan. Her work included auditing INL-funded health initiatives across Afghanistan and responding to large-scale disasters, such as the tsunami recovery projects.
After relocating to the UK to complete her master’s degree, Randi found her calling in health and social care. She has since built a successful career as both a care provider and a trainer, delivering national qualifications and ongoing professional development in the sector.
Her expertise doesn’t stop there. Randi is also a qualified yoga teacher, traditional Thai massage therapist, NLP practitioner, chair-based instructor, balance and strength trainer, brain health coach, and facilitator of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). She’s currently training to become a teacher of traditional Thai yoga massage.
Passionate about Buddhist philosophy and holistic healing, Randi is dedicated to supporting others on their journeys of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. When she’s not leading trainings or planning retreats, you might find her in the kitchen cooking slow, soulful meals, sketching out her next creative project, walking in the woods or building community through compassion and care.
