Saru’s journey into healing began with deep roots in meditation and Buddhist philosophy. Having spent years practising Vipassana in traditional monasteries, she cultivated profound stillness, awareness, and compassion. Her dedication extended beyond practice—she immersed herself in the study of Pali scriptures, exploring the original language of the Buddha’s teachings to better understand the path of liberation and mindfulness.
Today, Saru brings that same depth and presence to her work as a care practitioner. She is also prequalified in Thai Yoga Massage and continues to deepen her training in this ancient healing art, blending mindful touch, assisted stretches, and intuitive connection to help others.
